FAVORITE THING ABOUT TEACHING YOGA: Yoga brings about an experience of the self and opens us up to our own potential and boundless possibilities. I enjoy guiding people through their practice, but more importantly I love watching each person blossom into their own intuitive movement, finding that open freedom of expression that makes us all unique.

WHAT DOES YOUR IDEAL DAY OFF LOOK LIKE? Hikes with my dog Navi, a workout/run with friends followed by a day of fun on the water, or simply anything that gets me out and moving. In the Winter, snowboarding my way down a mountain is where you can mostly find me. Also food... I love food.
DESCRIBE YOUR TEACHING STYLE: I believe in empowering my students by offering challenging, fast paced movement, combined with powerful messaging that allows my students to tap into their inner strength. Yoga is so much more than breaking a sweat, and I love to help people embrace their potential that they can hopefully carry with them off the mat as well.
