WHAT DOES YOUR IDEAL DAY OFF LOOK LIKE? A slow morning with tea and journaling, some time in the sauna, a long nature hike, some time reading, meditating or writing, and ending the day with a nourishing meal and a yoga practice under the stars.

DESCRIBE YOUR TEACHING STYLE: My teaching style is soulful and spiritually rooted, blending breathwork, mudras, and flowing movements to create a transformative practice. I aim to guide students to drop out of their minds and into their hearts, cultivating a deeper connection to themselves and the present moment. Through mindful alignment and creative sequencing, I create a safe and inclusive space for exploration, healing, and growth.
