Connect with like-minded mothers
Wah’s prenatal series created a space to slow down, connect with myself, my growing baby and community. She made moving fun by dancing and utilizing yoga postures that felt safe for pregnancy. Because of Wah’s classes, I felt rested and further prepared going into birth and motherhood.
