Quinn Shuff Yin Yoga 300hr Teacher Training

Who is

Quinn Shuff?

E-RYT 500, Relax and Renew ® Restorative Yoga Level 1 Certified, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Body/Mind Systems, Yin Yoga, and Reiki II

Quinn is an experienced trauma-informed yoga and embodiment teacher, eRYT500.

With a philosophical foundation in yoga, she incorporates multiple movement and meditation modalities and infuses her classes with anatomy, physiology, and psychology. Her classes are accessible, designed for inquisitive people who are interested in exploring the nuance of their own felt experience. She believes healing is personal but requires a community and she is honored to be a part of a person’s journey into deeper relationships with themselves and those around them.

She takes a therapeutic approach to the way she teaches by focusing on practices that balance and support whatever is currently going on in her students’ lives.

Her knowledgeable and well-paced teaching style blends multiple modalities into well-constructed classes that educate and empower her students to become their own best teacher. Private sessions are collaborative. It’s important that the practice fits the student, the student need not fit any mold. Group classes are accessible, taught with options for different bodies with various needs.

Quinn loves connecting with people’s innate sensibilities to share mind/body tools that help them cultivate an inquisitive, responsive, and loving relationship with themselves. Since 2014 she’s taught the tools of practice with a strong foundation in embodied self-awareness and self-regulation. She works with folks who are new to yoga and people with experience who want a deeper understanding.

Quinn is a dedicated practitioner committed to (and very excited by) ongoing education and learning. With gratitude to her many teachers and the yoga wisdom tradition, she carries her practice with her into all she does.
